You can now read a PowerPoint, Word document or PDF right where you are, without downloading it first, and a message tells you the moment a document Dr. Olivia is building is ready.

New features

  • Read a document without downloading it. Click View on a document card, or click a document in Made this session or on your Your files page, and it opens full screen, every page or slide. A Download button at the top saves the file itself, ready to open in PowerPoint, Word or your PDF reader.
  • Know when a document is ready. Building a document takes a few minutes. When it is done, a message pops up in the corner of the screen, even if you have moved on to something else. Click it to open the document. If a document could not be built, the message says so, and you can ask Dr. Olivia to try again.

Things to know

The full-screen view is for reading. To edit a document, or to keep it, use Download, which saves the file exactly as Dr. Olivia built it. Fonts in the full-screen view can look slightly different from PowerPoint or Word.
