Program administrators now have their own Program Administration area: an overview of how students are using Dr. Olivia, a student list with each student's progress summaries, and every tutoring session, conversation and quiz, all in one place. Administrators can also add other administrators and manage sign-in accounts for people without Canvas.
New features
Program Administration (administrators only). A new area, opened from the Program Administration button on the Dr. Olivia start page, with five pages:
Overview: how many students used Dr. Olivia, how many sessions and questions there were, how long a typical session lasts, and how many images, documents, mind maps and quizzes the tutor produced. Charts show activity by day and by time of day, and whether students talked by video, voice or text. When your program has more than one campus, the activity is broken down by campus too.
Students: every student who used the tutor in the period you choose, with their sessions, time with Dr. Olivia, and the tutor's general and learning summaries for them.
Sessions: every session, with its summary, the USMLE topics it covered, and the full conversation, including the images, documents and mind maps Dr. Olivia created. Each quiz shows its questions, the correct answers and what the student chose.
Administrators: everyone who can open Program Administration. Add someone by searching for their name or email; anyone who has signed in to Dr. Olivia at least once, or who has an external account, can be added. Removing someone's access takes effect straight away, and it can be restored later. You can't remove your own access; another administrator can.
External Users: your program's sign-in accounts for people who don't have a Canvas account. Create an account as Student or Faculty, email them a link to set their password or set a starting one, lock or deactivate it, reset a password, or delete it. The page shows the sign-in link to give them.
A System readiness light on the overview shows whether Dr. Olivia is fully available: green when everything is running, yellow when running at reduced capacity, and red when there is a major disruption.
Sign in with a username and password. People who have an external account instead of Canvas can now sign in from the Dr. Olivia start page: choose I have a username and password under the sign-in button. There is no school to pick first.
A simpler start page for single-school programs. When Dr. Olivia serves only your school, the start page no longer asks you to choose a school. It shows one Go to the Tutor button.
Things to know
Program Administration is only visible to people your program has named as administrators. If you should have access and do not see the Program Administration button at the top of the Dr. Olivia start page, ask one of your administrators to add you, or contact Tiber Health Innovation support. Someone who has just been added sees the button the next time they sign in. Dates and times are shown in your own time zone.
