Program administrators now get a daily activity email each morning. It shows how students used Dr. Olivia the day before, with the same numbers as the Overview page and a 30-day trend.
New features
- Daily activity email (administrators). Each morning, administrators receive an email summarising the previous day. It shows how many students used Dr. Olivia, their sessions and questions, and how that compares with the past week. It also shows a 30-day trend, the busiest hour of the day, how students talked to the tutor (text, video or voice), and what the tutor made for them: images, documents, mind maps and quizzes. A button takes you straight to Program Administration.
- Choose who receives it (administrators). The Administrators page now has a Daily activity email section. It lists everyone who receives the email, and you can add or remove extra people without making them administrators.
Things to know
The email goes to every Program Administration administrator who has an email address on file. To send it to anyone else, such as a dean or program director, open Program Administration, go to Administrators, and use Add recipient under Daily activity email. Adding someone to the email does not give them access to Program Administration.
