Slides & Documents New
Dr. Olivia can build a finished file for you — a PowerPoint deck, a Word document or a PDF. Faculty use it to start lecture slides, handouts and case write-ups. Students use it for study guides and review sheets. Ask in plain language; there is no special button. Dr. Olivia builds a file only when you ask for one. She may offer to make one, but nothing is built until you say yes.
How to Ask
- "Make me a 10-slide deck on the cardiac cycle for second-year students."
- "Turn what we just covered into a one-page handout I can print."
- "Can I get a Word study guide on the renin-angiotensin system?"
- "Build a PDF summary of the brachial plexus with the high-yield lesions."
Say who it is for and roughly how long it should be — "a 50-minute lecture", "six slides", "one page". The more specific you are, the closer the first draft.
What You'll See
- Dr. Olivia tells you briefly what the document will cover and keeps the conversation going.
- A card appears under her reply with a progress bar: Building your PPTX… Building takes about 3 to 7 minutes. You can keep talking with her while it builds. The Working on section at the bottom of the Session panel shows each step as it happens.
- When it is ready, a message pops up in the corner of the screen saying your document is ready. Click it to open the document, so you will notice even if you have moved on to something else.
- The card shows a View button and a Download button. View opens the document right there, full screen, to read. You cannot change it there. Download saves the file itself. It opens in PowerPoint, Word or any PDF reader, and you can edit it like any other file.
The full-screen view shows every page or slide, with a Download button at the top. Fonts can look slightly different from PowerPoint or Word there. The downloaded file is exactly what Dr. Olivia built.
The file is also in your session summary email, with a Download link, and under the reply that built it in your session history. While the session is open it is listed under Made this session in the Files section of the Session panel (click it to view it), and afterwards it is always in Your files on the dashboard. If you end the session while it is still building, you will get a separate “Your document is ready” email when it finishes.
Design
Files follow the Tiber Health brand standard automatically: navy and teal colors, clean type, and a Powered by TiberHealthAI line at the end. You do not need to describe colors or fonts.
Limitations
- The first version is a starting draft: clear structure and correct content, simple design. Expect to edit it before you present it.
- The content comes from your conversation and the course materials. Check every clinical fact against your textbooks before you teach from it.
- If a build fails, the card says so. Ask Dr. Olivia to try again.
